Yep, conning tower VIIC/4 gives you that in early '44.
I replaced the quads with 2 more 3.7 twins and on the next patrol start we got attacked again. This time all guns fired (to no avail of course) but I noticed that I seem to have unlimited ammo for the guns. How comes, another bug? :hmm:
