Well imagine a board such as one i visit where their are no such thing as moderators the posters are the moderators if you dont like a post, 10 ppl must vote it off before it gets deleted, trouble is you have no choice but to make friends and join a group - then it gets really silly as its group versus group, then the arguments flood in on who voted who off. Then it gets real nasty, the pro westeners will vote of the pro muslims and vis versa and then theirs us in the middle that just want to post! ACtually i only go their cause its a well known trading site in NZ the guy who started up TradeMe 8 yrs ago on his own, programmed his own site had to borrow money to start, sold it last yr for 700million to voda. Hes 28 yrs old and 700million richer!
We all thought maybe Voda will bring on moderators but its still the same.
Give me moderators anyday!
