Hi,

I've just finished a patrol and the u-boat had sustained heavy damage - radio room destoryed, front batteries destoryed, AA gun destoryed, severe damage on the throughout the other compartments. When I straggled into port all I could notice was that my AA gun was bent.

Now when my crew and I are in the clubs telling the girls just how bad that patrol was ...having 4 destoyers and 3 armoured trawlers and 1 covertte on my ass and how I was the captain that evaded and got my boys home safety... well the other crew just look at me and say ....bull****e !

that didnt happen he had no noticable damge and the bent AA gun was caused by that Bernard member

I know as a u-boat captain you should avoid damage at all cost but when you've tangled with the Brits for 2 days solid you want the nurses to see just how bad you need some lovin after a near death experince

this lack of damge/scaring etc is this a known problem? if I hit a ship with my deck gun I see black shell marks etc but my u-boat only has the bent AA:hmm:

Any thoughts?:hmm:
