Im fairly new to SH3 having started playing a few days ago, so I have a few questions for the more "salty" players:-

1.In career mode is it possible to just go out on patrol for as long as you wish, maybe even visiting the Royal Navy ports of Blighty and blowing them to bits?
2.It is better to return to home ports for maintenence or can you return to any friendly port and recieve the same benefits.
3.Is there any restriction on where you sail your boat to, for example Brest to the American coast, and will there be any targets on route or do you have to create these missions yourself?

Many Thanks

The only thing that limits you in this game is your IMAGINATION!!!! You are the commander!
