I am not very familiar with SH 3 modding. What 3D program do you use guys? 3D Studio Max?
UVW texture mapping is a very simple process in general. It's no problem for me to fix the mapping for you in 3D Max, however, it's always the best practice if the skinner himself takes those 2-3 hours to learn it and does it on his own without a need of a middle man who doesn't really know how he wants to skin the model.
