Dear fellow Sailors,
I got a letter from Dönitz which authorizes me to visit each boat and to report from their war patrols. I am very happy to visit every boat and to help all out. The only strange thing about this is: the letter is signed by Dönitz but the letter paper has "SUBCOM North Atlantic" printed on it. But this is great news since the german navy now also seems to control SUBCOM.
