Is it too late to have Aldis lamps put in the upcoming GWX release along with the rest of the new mods?

For those who dont know what a Aldis lamp is, its the signal light the ships use to communicate with each other. For example, in the movie 'Das Boot' when the two U-boats met out in the middle of the ocean and the captain used the lamp.

I dont think there would be any reason for it to flash any type of morse code since nearly all of us cant read morse any way but it may be fun to have during a convoy attack or such.
