I was playing a campaign last night "First Time in ages", november 8 1939, weather rain heavy, fog heavy, wind speed 7kts..visablity was poor around 380 meters, I was surface attacking a medium merchant with my DG when out of the fog came a Black Swan doing 15 kts " Destroyer on attack run, I actually shouted " Oh Crap" ( i was in the middle of eating something ) then i hit C " ALARMMMM i cashed dived. got hit by the K guns, heavy flooding, about 10 minute later i got back upto periscope depth, then "DESTROYER OF ATTACK RUN" again this time it was a Flower "Eurgh" after 2-3 hours "real Time" i have 7, YES 7 DD's all pinging me and a total of 4 "destroyer on attack run" I lost count of the DC's they dropped, i then found out It was a SMEGGING TASK FORCE!!!
I manage to sink some and outrun the rest, i limped home back to wilhelmshaven on the surface from AM 52, luckly the weather was so bad i wasn't picked up.
