In a RL-situation like that, I would transfer one medic to the sub with the wounded instead.
Then have that medic nurse them, while the boat heads for safe harbors asap.

A much better solution than taking the risk of having to transport wounded men from 1 sub to the other.
And why leaving their sub without a medic when the boats seperate, while yours has several?

Besides that, try fitting 10 wounded in your overcrowded boat?
I would take them, if there's no other option...but in this case, better leave them on their own boat.
