Several, actually. If you go to the audio section at
http://u-boot.realsimulation.com/ you will find at least one DB sound pack, as well as my own, which is listed as Sailor Steve.rar
Also, Anzacmick did one based on the English-dubbed version.
Being sound files, none of these take up a lot of extra space or affect frame rates and game play; they just add a whole world of immersion.
