I use SH3 Commander and noticed on the crew screen that it said I should replace my sr.lt. soon so he can command his own boat. Realisticly I imagine this would be the thing to do as good U-Boat skippers where needed. Of course I don't want to becuase he has max resiliancy and alot of medals. He can go days without getting tired too. Do you guys replace your sr. officers and enlist a green sub-lt or do you keep a experienced officer as long as you want?

I find that green officers get fatigued very fast? Add's a challenge i spose. But it seems it takes forever to get a officer promoted in the game.
