Hybris

I have low res sea floor (file size sand01 and stone01 - 128Kb). I reduced particles from 100% to 50% - still stuck at 15fps.

. I have the NVidia 9.147 drivers. I think they are the latest. I also have an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ processor.
