My first hero was Batman, in 1964. But in 65 I started reading Spidey (issue 31) and I was hooked. From them on it was Make Mine Marvel
I also liked Capt. America, Silver Surfer, DD, Submariner, and Iron Man. I remember when the original X-Men issues came out and completely flopped. What a surprise years later when I heard a mvie was coming out called X-men... I thought, "What? That series never got popular enough for a movie... it was cancelled in the 60's... :rotfl:
