Seeing no one else has replied....... Use SHIII Commander and turn off Fatigue. I don't play using it for the simple reason I don't want to babysit my crew and tell them when it's time to go beddy bye.

They're old enough to know on their own. LOL

Now if it could be modded so the crew rotates shifts on their own, that would be one great mod.
