To tell you the truth, I haven't seen much benefit from it yet really.

I do continue to use it, hoping something beneficial will come eventually. And I do laugh sometimes when my primary order is to travel to some grid just to check the weather, or telling me to go somewhere for observation reasons only. Yea right, like I'm really going to do that.

And so far, even though my intelligence is turned up as high as it goes, I usually end up running into something else long b4 or after where they had me travel to.

So my advice is to take care of your 24 hour patrol and then go where you want.
