AHA! That could been put clearer in the readme so oafish knaves such as myself can understand it :rotfl:
1. Copy all files from NYGM 2.2s SH3 Commander Optional Files into SH3C\CFG (silly me used JGSME 
2. Delete randomize1939.cfg-randomize1945.cfg. Leave Randomize.cfg alone (just putting it in concrete so really oafish knaves still understand it)
