Yes it does. Hit your F1 help key. Should be a menu in there that shows availability of re-supply. That lists the dates and areas where re-supply is available. Simply head there and when close hit esc and Dock just like if you were returning to port.

You may not actually see the milk cow but the spot will be marked on your map.
