I really like the Type IIA. But for some bizarre reason, I can't reload torps!!! Filling the torp room w/a full complement of men only brings up efficiency to like 20%!! And adding a torp qualified officer only raises it to like 25%!!!!! Torps simply won't load, ever!!! I don't want to abandon this career, but it looks like I'll have to.

As I can't imagine that the Kriegsmarine would send out a unqualified crew, I presume this has got to be a bug of some sort. Because I remember playing w/Type IIA's in the past and they could reload, no problem.
