Terrapin, sorry to hear that.... it's always a pain to have to use dialup. Make em pay you for the loss of using your broadband. We can do that here our State.... if you lose access to our broadband they will deduct that time you were without it from your cable bill.
But you have to say something to your provider to get it done.
