To have 10x you can without any mods.
Write into commands_en.cfg next (red):
[Cmd70]
Name=Cam_zoom_in
Ctxt=1
Key0=0x05,cR,"CTRL M.wheel"
Mouse Wheel with Ctrl key
20x is bad - artefacts.
