I don't know if it's joke (if yes I don't like this kind of humour), but I know that is like the worst Nazi pre-war propaganda. Only completely idiot could say, that Poland wanted to start war with Germany at 1939 and Germans had to defend themselves. During September Campaign at 1939 Wehrmacht, SS, Gestapo and Sonderkommandos forces killed many Polish civilians, soldiers and Polish Jews by a mass executions.
