I agree on what Gizzmoe said on Jäger Sauce.
A real Jäger Sauce consists of 3 sauces/fonds:
a) the basic sauce: butter, the mushrooms, shallots, white wine
to which you add
b) demi-glace and
c) tomato concassee.
Demi-glace and tomato concassee are self-made, of course.
No need to add cream really, imo.
