Oh yeah .. some roles in the missions are always easier. But if you really want to do it with Akula, try to run the mission more times. Ship locations are always little different. It is obvious bug that 'random position' sometimes puts boats on ground. But it happens sparsely.
In this mission there is another problem. Even if the target ship is on water. There is rebel submarine, usually near to you. Sometimes it leads to counterdetection right after mission start. Sometimes just a few minutes later. Sometimes missions just cannot be completed. On real sub, your task would be to find out that you are in such situation. On DW, restart the mission and try new conditions.
Also note that missions are tuned to stock DW 1.00. Patches make it little different. Mods make it a lot different. |
Sometimes missions just cannot be completed- I think that's what happend, because the target ship was on land, heading to land, with the propelers running and ieve if I manage to shoot with a torpedo at minimum depth, the radio message cames in blank.
Well now I'm in the 2nd mission,the akula one already pass, now to the Kilos and final teh seawolf.
