In NYGM it works just fine, when you're in Attack 'Scope view you hit 0 and it drops you back and you can look at your periscope, which I found out has the torpedo controls right on the stalk!! YAY!
So I'll take a look at the commands.cfg you were talking about tonite and see if I can't get that working again. Thanks for the response!
