Did you place the FishingBoat3.cfg into corresponding ...ROSTER\Land_of_your_Choice\SEA?
If so, you should see the boat in the museum when choosing the corresponding country´s merchant ships.

Just to confirm, if a ship is in the roster, they will randomly spawn in the campaign?

I belive for DivingDuck's ship you have to add it to the SCR campagin file via mission edtior of it show up in the campagin. But i might be wrong.
