I think your new faces are great. They show a crewman who is tired and worn out after many days in a dangerous situation. My comment was refering to the stock SH3 face. With the lack of facial features and the way the eyebrows were shaped, it gave him the look of a psychopath. Yours are much better with the addition of thicker eyebrows, the pouches under the eyes, the line across the bridge of his nose. He looks tired.
But the left pupil still doesn't match the right pupil in position. If it were in the opposite direction he would be considered "wall-eyed".
