They will make easy targets for even basic SAM defence if they fly strait and level at a power plant. Also, being based in Iran just which power plant would they be going after anyway?

Though fifty Me262's vs. one f16 will never happen you can bet the f16 would not take a scratch. Take a few out in BVR (Beyond Visual Range) then just head back home. The poor old Me262's would not even know they were under attack until the first one goes boom and then they would have no real defence and they would have know way to detect the f16.

How many of these aircraft can Iran actually build and put in the air anyway? Is it going to be anywhere near enough to defend there airspace for more then one day? What is the level of fighter training in the Iran air force? Is it anywhere near western levels?
