it was a single seat towed observation kite copter looking thing...and could it be modded?..seeing as it's tethered to the boat im not shure if it would need to be made as a single unit ...or is this to nutty of an idea?..i had some pics but they vaporized when the usb storage drive took a nose dive to the deck..any thoughts ?
