In a way about this X1 stealing stuff is clear to all of us.

They stole the mod and quickly edited some minor stuff just to make it slight different but the main part is from the stolen mod.

Now place yourself as an SH3 Mod maker, you spend with a team 6 months to gather plans and info what you are going to make, you spend hours a day coding like crazy just to make something even better then it was. You make it look better and play better.

After months of hard work ‘’It’s ready’’ but you and your team are so kind to publish the mod for everyone. You do not charge anything for it. Their only request is that you enjoy what you received from them.

Now some Company catches their eyes on it and sees it’s very popular among the SH3 gamers. They see money in it. They download the mod; they dig into the Data files with an Editor. They tried to hide the fact that they stole by editing small things like changing a 1 into a 2 in a data file. They publish it on a CD that you can order online

Now back to you as a moderator…you hear about this Expansion pack. And of course you are going to check it out. After a short time you notice similar things as in you own created mod. You are going to check out the data files and you see your own WORK in it but only with some minor changes….I’ll bet if I saw that I would explode! You bought your OWN created MOD stolen by an company that just f*cked you in the @ss

Now, just to compare. You spend months into the mod you created and they just took it from you edited some small thing that takes less time and they publish it and get money for it. And the best part they do not give any credits for the original Creator.

How would you feel if someone stole what you made and makes profit of it?
I’ll say someone just stuck an middle finger up your butt and turned it around an few times, because they do not give a sh!t because they earn money from it.
