The settings you want are in the GUNS_SUB.sim file. I would suggest for ease of editing grab Timetravelers Tweak program and go at it.

I downloaded the tweak program but I can't really understand how to use it. Are the tweak files included in it compatible with GW 1.1 ? Which variable is the factor for damage ? Could someone please give me a push in the right direction to increase the flak power using this program ?
