Apologies if this has been discussed before, but I could not find it. In the dev interview, the following was posted:

Subsim: So, what's the main improvement planned for multiplayer?
SH4 Dev Team: The addition of an adversarial multiplayer mode – escort’s commander vs. player wolf pack – will greatly enhance the competition feeling and the online appeal. Also, we feel that multiplayer will be more stable overall. (emphasis by Subsim)

Anybody have any info on how playing as escort commander is being planned to be implemented? Sounds interesting. (Just wish I could play as escort commander in SHIII)
