LOL. Hugo Chavez is a fool. It'll be "Mr. Danger's" country that eventually has to bail Venezuela out of their socialist (centrally planned-authoritative) economic policies, which will eventually lead them to ruin.
Although "Mr. Danger" will be long enjoying his retirement by then.
