I don't have any mods installed with JSGME (used the GW installer) and will rollback changes I made in SH3 Commander and mini tweaker.

Save your careers - in My Documents\SH3\data\cfg\Careers to somewhere else
Uninstall SH3
Deleted the SH3 folder in my documents
Reinstall SH3
Patch to 1.4
Install GW
Re add your career to the SH3 my documents folder
