If I had loads of money to burn, I'd buy loads of luxury cars and laptops and fill every car with at least 5 of them.
However, the trunk would be loaded with TNT. Or I'd just park a mini-van filled with it right behind. Then I'd just sit at the top of some building or at a high floor with a good field of view with binoculars on one hand and a remote detonator on the other, just waiting.
