Default Charts on Nav map and stop watch

There are 4 pull-down charts on the navigational map in the top left hand corner plus a duplicate of the stop watch in top center. You can barely see them unless you know that they are there. Click, hold and drag them to open.

One chart relates to meters per knot per minute. Example: a boat traveling 7 knots goes .216 meters per minute.

A second chart relates kilometers per knot per hour. Example: a boat traveling 7 knots goes approximately 12.96 km per hour.

The basic math to calculate distance based on speed and time is: 1 knot equals 1.852 km per hour. Knowing this you can make all kinds of calculations for navigation and intercept.

The duplicate stop watch is handy for marking points on the nav map for calculating speed of your contact with the 3 minute, 15 second method. To start the stop watch you first have to go to the periscope or uzo views to initiate the stop watch. From then on you can watch it on top of the nav map without having to go back and forth.
