No, it's certainly nothing to do with GW.
I am really sorry that you don't get it to run, but there is nothing else I can think of at the moment. If you look at crazyivans postings, for example, you see the problems and solutions are sometimes really weird. What it is for you, I don't know, but for me you seem to be having a problem with running dotNET applications in general.
