Its pretty funny observing difference in gamer generations over the last couple of decades, to sterotype:
The younger kids nomalised in to digital downloads, bankrupting them selves or mom and dad by paying for their game in many parts, with season passes, endless DLCs, scammy in game currencies and dodgy loot boxes, gotta pay $5 for that 'sigma hat' for my character etc.
Then at the other end of the scale you 200 year old gamer grand dad resisting all that. Demanding a proper box, physical media, a full printed manual like its 1991- hell sometimes he practically just wants the whole game printed out on paper goddamn it - and the text better be bigger than the side effects list on his colesterol pills!
