mr chris,
Im using the older 1.7 version with GW1.1a + sh3commander and generator---no issues yet and i don't even have a high end system.-----the only visible change iv'e noticed to the GW install after adding 1.7 is the sunken ships in home ports are gone (probably due to the increased harbor traffic in 1.7)--but worth the trade off for han solo's scripted operations.
