No, La Rochelle start. Just did a classic start of 1941 career. I play with no choice in missions (at least until you earn reputation) and was pretty surprised to see my first patrol was to head well south.

I was properly devastated when I couldn't get SH IV to work on W11, but this is filling the gap nicely.
