Atomosphere Mod V2 8Km Dark (since last night but made no difference to the problem)
I have also tweaked the Campaign_RND.mis as per CB's weather script change (had the problem before that though)
Land in what should be fog also has the same problem - it does not render and therefore looks like its a very clean iceberg! 
I now have to sleep ( UK 22:10).

Well as i think you have mod touching the Enviromental and Sky Colours files.
Two of your mods modify them....
What files you have now, those from the EnvColours21 or those of Atmosphere Mod ?
Try not mix files, and if you can try rolling back those mods...
