Run JSGME, click on the blue "Tasks..." in the middle of the app's window, and choose "Exported activated mods list to..." then choose "Clipboard" and Ctrl-V to paste it into your next post, or use "Text file" to copy and paste it later. That will show your install path and mods you are using. There might be a clue there.
