In talks: not much difference, in deeds: remains to be seen. On war (and thats the only way for Trump to get Greenland or Panama), Putin does not fire just empty verbal duds to get attention. Trump surely will commit a massacre: against officials, media, and lawyers and attorneys at home, not Greenlanders or people in Panama.
