Mabey it was the vis-modded whiskey(?) they used to represent the hotel?
One thing i've never understood is how in das boot when the sub starts sinking the pressure keeps crushing the sub and the flooding etc, but then it runs aground, an the flooding comes under control, the hull stops creaking under pressure etc etc. and all is good in the world.
Wouldn't logic dictate it would constantly apply a steady pressure and gradually weaken the hull, rather than magically stop?
