when I had 10 I had same problems. An answer I cant find in 11. I went into the desktop icon and slected properties, and changed a couple of settings. Problem is this is probably no use now as I cannot duplicate it. Sorry, I started off with goodi intentions and fell on my face. I'll keep looking
