the photo objective seems to come off without a hitch.
once you close within sight of the photo target and take a photo using one of periscopes, you should see the objective show completed, you should see a checkmark icon in your HUD and, on the nav map, the objective icon should gray-out and have a red checkmark in the center.

Yes, the objective never marks itself complete. I get within range of the lighthouse and see the marker. I use the periscope, lock on, and on the periscope tab click the photo icon. Nothing happens.
