For what its worth here is a copy of files being overwritten using v5.5 :

DOCKED_MERCHANT_LARGE.dat" has already been altered by the "NYGM Tonnage War Enhanced – Stand Alone Version v5.5" mod.
"DOCKED_MERCHANT_SMALL.dat" has already been altered by the "NYGM Tonnage War Enhanced – Stand Alone Version v5.5" mod.
"Locations.cfg" has already been altered by the "NYGM Tonnage War Enhanced – Stand Alone Version v5.5" mod.

It does appear but no functioning lock gates though.
