Do you get any error messages when you attempt to start the app? S3D does require the same DirectX v9.0c files and codecs that SH3 needs to run. Also, navigate into your S3D folder (mine is "C:\Program Files (x86) \skwas \Silent 3Ditor"), find the S3D.exe file, right-click on it and choose "Properties". On the "compatibility" tab, make certain none of the options are chosen. If it is already set like that, you could try ticking the "Run this program as an administrator" box, and try running it again.
