More than a year ago I submitted a support ticket relating to an obvious bug in the Map Pack #1 DLC, which was auto-acknowledged but never addressed.
I have had another support ticket for a registration issue open but with no human response for the last three-weeks, despite two followup hasteners. So if the lights are on, it's pretty clear that no one is home. SES is back up to their old tricks and will apparently take your cash but leave you without any assistance.
