Here's where to find the "DELTA RENOWN"

Navigate to Documents/SH3 (or the name you gave your INSTALL)/data/cfg/(your career name)/Patrol_0cfg. Down near the bottom is a file named "Delta Renown" open that with notepad. Adjust all the digits to the LEFT (only) of the decimal. Do NOT mess with any digits to the right of the decimal. For example 1000.0000 to 1500.0000 works but not 1000.0000 to 1000.0001. Now after you've give'n yourself what you want or need, exit and save.The next time you get to the Office Screen in SH3, you will see the increase in RENOWN and be able to pimp (up-grade) your boat. Yes ! Complete Training Mission, and transfer to a combat ready flotilla before doing this and before your 1st war patrol, in your new flotilla.

I keep thinking or more stuff. If you haven't completed a training mission, a Creer folded won't be present yet. Do the training mission first, follow the above and you will be good to go. That's probably why you don't see a creer folder.
