The only Ubisoft folder I found on my computer was located in the Program Files (x86) folder. Did everything you guys said to do...added JSGME, ran it, placed the Medals Fix mod in the MODS folder, and then ran the game.

No luck...it's still showing the stock game medals. And I've tried doing this with two different medal fix mods for the stock game.
